This new series complements our 800/900 MHz band product line. The body/surface mount antennas can be mounted to any vehicle, container or bulk head. The rugged style is excellent for industrial applications, yet attractive for consumer use.Antenna performance on the SM3 series is 5 dBi, and requires no ground plane. The antenna can be mounted on fiberglass or plastic.  It requires a 3/4" hole (19 mm) for mounting. It has a weatherproof gasket for sealing. It is supplied with 15 feet (4.5 meters) of RG-58 cable, and TNC connector as standard. This series can also be out fitted with a GPS module for dual band GPS tracking applications.The low profile SM Series is a unity gain device and requires a ground plane for best performance. The radome is durable poly carbonate, available in white, grey or black.  It uses a gasket for weather sealing.  Out fitted with 15 feet of RG-58  (4.5 meters) and male TNC, it requires a 5/8" hole (16 mm) for mounting. This series can also be out fitted with a GPS module for mobile tracking.The RM3 Series antenna is available in black radome (white optional). These are 3 dBi gain broadband antennas. A ground plane is recommended for best performance. This model will provide higher efficiency than the low profile SM Series. Broadband, these antennas will operate over the entire 800 - 1000 MHz band.  They require a 5/8" hole  (16 mm) for mounting and is out fitted with a captured "O"ring for weather sealing.
