Near field Loop Antennas are very directional with superior isolation. Specifically, the characteristics of the antenna provide high forward directionality with extreme isolation adjacent to the antenna. The result is better performance and fewer instances of misread tags.
The antenna measures 4 1⁄2 inches (11.4 cm) in diameter and less than 1 inch (2.5 cm) in depth. It is typically supplied with a white ASA plastic radome and with 1-foot of RG-58 cable and a SMA plug connector. Connectors may vary per customer request.
The Wall Mount option uses an adjustable swivel mount anchored into the wall with 2 screws. Adjustment is available in both the vertical and the horizontal planes. The antenna can be adjusted up or down by up to 45-degrees. It can also be adjusted from side to side. This allows the antenna to be aimed for optimum adjustment.
