In most cases any of these parts, if required, are provided at time of installation at the authorized Qualcomm Service Center you visit. Active Qualcomm Customer Account will be invoiced for any/all required parts by Qualcomm. You may then be invoiced, depending on your company agreement.
Warranty Info:
Cetacea provides a 30 day from the day of installation warranty on all 2 piece and 3 piece Qualcomm systems sold by us. Purchaser pays all shipping costs. In the event that warranty service is required, Cetacea will ship a replacement part to the customer for the customer to swap. The customer will then ship the defective component back to Cetacea. This warranty valid only with Cetacea Sound, Inc. For warranty service you must contact Cetacea to obtain authorized parts. If you choose to go to any other facilities for service you will be invoiced for that service centers labor and you will be invoiced by Qualcomm for the component repair and or replacement.
